Limited Warranty for Red Light Therapy Bed

This Limited Warranty is provided by Aurora to the original purchaser "Customer" of the Red Light Therapy Beds. This Warranty is valid only for Products purchased from authorized dealers and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

1. Machine Unit Warranty: The Manufacturer warrants that the machine unit of the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Machine Unit Warranty Period").

2. LED Strips Warranty: The Manufacturer warrants that the LED strips of the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase ("LED Strips Warranty Period").

Warranty Claims

If a defect arises during the applicable Warranty Periods, the Customer must notify the Manufacturer or the authorized dealer from whom the Product was purchased. The Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective component or Product at no charge to the Customer. Any repaired or replaced parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear of the Product.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and normal fading.
- Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the Manufacturer.
- Any Products where the serial number has been removed or defaced.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product or arising out of any breach of this Warranty. The total liability of the Manufacturer shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

Except for the express warranties set forth above, the Manufacturer disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
